Leads are responsible for break rotations, patrolling, and documentation. They also oversee a team of security guards and/or parking lot attendants providing consistent check-ins and incentives. All Security Leads must have a CT Security Officer Certification (guard card).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Direct and assign duties to staff accordingly
• Patrol park and parking lot
• Develop and supervise a break rotation
• Assist the attendants with traffic duties as needed
• Enforce the parking lot rules and regulations
• Delegate responsibilities as directed by Security Supervisors
• Assist with training
• Respond to routine and emergency calls throughout the park property.
• Enforce the Park rules and regulations

RequirementsEducation: Some college education preferred

Languages: English

• Communication – Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with a wide range of diverse personnel
