People & Organization Coordinators are seasonal team members responsible for helping with all human resources-related tasks, including but not limited to high-volume seasonal recruitment, training, records management, uniform management, scheduling, employee events and helping to maintain positive employee relations.

Position OverviewPeople & Organization Coordinators are seasonal team members responsible for helping with all human resources-related tasks, including but not limited to high-volume seasonal recruitment, training, records management, uniform management, scheduling, employee events and helping to maintain positive employee relations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and phone screen applicants using a pre-set interview guide, providing feedback to hiring managers for review (Coordinator/Specialist)
• Distribute team member uniforms and keep track of inventory (Coordinator)
• Create team member ID badges and name tags (Coordinator/Specialist)
• Schedule team member orientations, ensuring all team members complete the program (Coordinator)
• Using Workday, hire all employees and make sure all onboarding tasks are completed prior to new hire orientation (Coordinator)
• Assist with the coordination of team member events (Coordinator)
• Respond to team member inquiries via phone and email (Coordinator/Specialist)
• Distribute paychecks on a bi-weekly basis and answer inquiries related to pay (Coordinator)
• Assist with scheduling departments using our scheduling platform, Quinyx (Specialist)
• Copying, filing and various other duties as assigned (Coordinator/Specialist)
• Professionally represent Lake Compounce to all applicants and team members (Coordinator/Specialist)

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume, hourly recruitment highly desired
• Must possess the ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must have highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Must be capable of performing work independently and handling sensitive materials
• Must exude professionalism at all times with guests, team members, management and human resources contacts
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have flexible schedule availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends

Working Conditions

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, or otherwise move items and boxes weighing up to 25 pounds
• Exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures, including high heat and cold temperatures
• Occasional bending, squatting and reaching above shoulders
