The role of Housekeeper is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with others and providing exceptional customer service. Working as a Housekeeper is the perfect way to gain valuable customer service, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with guest questions to provide an easy and engaging customer experience
• Replenish toilet paper, paper towels, and other supplies while maintaining a clean work area
• Clean all areas of furnished accommodations and common areas including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms including detailed cleaning as required
• Operate laundry equipment and handle all linens and other laundered items
• Inspect furnished accommodations for pests and maintenance issues
• Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests
• Communicate product shortage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor
• Other duties as assigned, including duties at the amusem*nt park

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns
• Strong communication skills with a complete understanding of English preferred
• Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work in a team or alone as needed

Working Conditions

• Requires standing for long periods, ability to walk long distances within the park
• Exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures, including high heat and cold temperatures
• Must be able to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Occasional bending, squatting and reaching above shoulders
