I'm sorry I bought this.

I am so sorry I bought this thing. From the beginning it didn't seem like it was getting hot enough so I bought an oven thermometer to test it and sure enough it never gets above 350 degree. The fan is rather noisy, and the door rattles, which I could put up with if it got hotter. I've been using it for 2 months and I'm giving up. I just brought home an Oster French Door Countertop Oven with Convection and though it was twice the price it quickly heated up to 450 degrees and is very quiet with convection running. Plus it is taller and has 2 racks! I guess I'm stuck with the lemon since I can't find the receipt but I won't buy Black and Decker again.

Bought this unit today! Burned it in and tried cooking the square pizzas. They don't fit the pan provided by 1/2 “ frustrating ! The so called manual that came with the unit. is a joke! It left me hold the rack and bake sheet in my hands with ?????! . There's an odd screwed in clip on the left side ! Also no explanation !It does tell me how to use it! Not convinced there's any air blowing around inside! Time will tell if we get used to it! The knobs work very hard to turns cord could be alittle longer!

I dont know why so many 1 star reviews, they were mainly bc it was missing a manual, that has nothing to do with the actual oven. The other 1 stars seems like operator error. Lol. This oven is so easy to use. And I LOVE how wide it is. I can fit normal sized pans in there, muffins trays, small cookie tray. I had this oven once already many years, it finally died (prob bc I used it so much lol), I went shopping for a new one and could not find any that were as wide, it was so disappointing, I found a few here and there that were as wide but they were ridiculously huge. So I found out where to buy the exact same oven to replace the dead one and still love it.

Not really a fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not really a fan of this toaster oven. I've tried using it to make toast, cook a pizza, and reheat casseroles. The oven doesn't seem to heat to the appropriately set temperature and the instructions are entirely bare boned. There's nothing included in the instructions that tells you how to actually set the oven up. I do wish I had a better experience with this as I haven't ever had any issues with other Black and Decker products.I took away stars for lack of clear instructions and poor functionality.I did receive this product at no cost for my reviewing purposes.

control knobs

never gets past 350, but the problem is that the labeling on all three knobs disolved when exterior was cleaned and we no longer know what data was refered to at each setting. Manual that came with unit does not detail what the lost settings were, and on-line info shows different knob settings. how can we recover lost info?

Super convenient

Great Buy

Bought the Black N Decker extra wide toaster oven a week ago have baked muffins, bread, reheated meals ,and it works like a champ, thought I would need to spend a lot more for quality but this oven is quality at a super price plus it is such a great size

Nice substitute for full size oven

Great sized toaster oven: can fit nearly all of my large baking dishes so I don't need to turn on my full-sized oven. This one heats up very quickly, due to the convection and the heat control is easy to use with mechanical knobs.Have been able to roast, bake, toast and do quick heat-ups of food. Really great to have.A few drawbacks: takes up a lot of counter space (because it's so wide to accommodate large pans/sheets) and louder than a standard toaster oven.

Takes forever!!

I bought this as an alternative to using the large oven. I preheated the oven for 15 minutes, 5 minutes over the recommended time. Some crab cakes that were to bake at 400 for 16 minutes in a traditional oven have so far taken over 35 minutes! And they still aren't heated through!! Not very impressed so far. I'd really like to have my dinner soon.

I just purchased this oven because I wanted to learn to use a convection oven. There was no manual in the box so I have not used the oven. Without any instructions I am unable to understand how the convection oven works. Is there a way that I can obtain an instruction manual.

This is my second one since they came out. I use it every day and cook everything in it. Always satisfied. Recommend it.

Poor quality.

The toaster does not toast—it bakes the bread making it hard to eat. A normal pizza pan of 12 inches will not fit in this oven. Very disappointing.

Does more than a toaster oven without having to use your oven. Efficient,simple, and definitely a must have

Love the oven but no manual

We brought this to warm food without using a microwave and to not use the big oven for small food items. But the manual is missing. I wouldn't know where to put the crumb tray if it wasn't for this website. Please include manual for future buyers.

It just does not heat up to the temperatures it says it does. If it is convection over, which I don't think it is, it is poor quality. Good for warming but not much else.

Good toaster, no manual

I really like the toaster oven, I got it as a present. But I haven't been able to use it at it's full capacities as it came without manual. Could you help me? Thanks in advance
