📢 FDIC's Proposed Standards: Key Changes for BanksIn a significant shift, the FDIC has introduced stricter corporate governance and risk management standards for banks with assets exceeding $10 billion. The Proposed Standards will move away from the reliance on state law in favor of establishing governance and oversight obligations for banks. This shift will have a notable impact on board composition, risk appetite statements, and various compliance management aspects for these institutions as well as an over-arching requirement for these banks to adopt the 3 Lines of Defense model. LogicManager is dedicated to helping banks adapt to the evolving regulatory landscape. For in-depth insights on how you can prepare for these changes, dive into our full article here: https://hubs.ly/Q026khVS0#BankingRegulations #FDIC #RiskManagement
