Is there anything Joanna Gaines can't do? In between writing books, launching a television network, and starring on the hit show Fixer Upper, Jo manages to find time to take relaxing vacations with her husband, Chip, and spend quality time with her five kids. On a recent summer evening, Jo kicked off her shoes to prove that "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" while practicing her gymnastic moves with her daughters, and her fans were seriously impressed. Her daughters even spot her as she shows off her tricks, and the video ends with Jo taking a well-earned bow.

Joanna captioned the video, "Barefoot in the grass and busting out some old tricks tonight. I'm sure I'll be feeling this in the morning.... Thanks girls for the coaching!"

The 43-year-old mom of five certainly proves she's still got it, and her fans flooded her Instagram post with support. One said, "Omg girl how do you have so much energy?! From taking care of your family to owning a business and cooking show!! Your attitude and positivity are GOALS!!"

Another commented, "Just when I thought you couldn't get any cooler, you go and pull a stunt like this... you live life authentically and I'm here for it!"

Several fans commented that they couldn't tell Joanna apart from her daughters. One said, "At first I couldn't tell which one was you! Get it girl!"

One fan remembered that Joanna has a gymnastic past: "I saw an episode of Fixer Upper where she is out side on the trampoline and Chip dared her to do a backflip off the trampoline for $10 in quarters and when she was done she mentioned that she used to be a gymnast."

Even Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson chimed in with her support: "Get it mama!!"
