Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Benefits Consultant at Aflac. As a Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to businesses regarding their employee benefits. This includes analyzing their needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, and helping them design and implement benefit plans. You will also provide ongoing support and customer service to ensure client satisfaction. While the role is primarily based in Spokane, WA, there is flexibility for some remote work.
